Say what you feel

Did you know that it’s easier to say what you feel in writing than saying it to someone in the face?

But did you know that it has more value when you say it to their face?

If a man does not make new acquaintances as he advances through life, he will soon find himself alone.

A man should keep his friendships in constant repair.

Did you know ?

Did you know that those who dress in red are more confident in themselves?

Did you know that those who dress in yellow are those that enjoy their beauty?

Did you know that those who dress in black are those who want to be unnoticed and need your help and understanding?

But don’t believe everything I tell you, until you prove it for yourself.

How to lose friends?

While working in Seawater Cooling facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia as Safety Engineer where Operations and Maintenance people are composed of various nationalities I observed doing good things didn’t work at all times.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of being selfish, and having ulterior motives.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you.

If you are promoted, you will win some false friends and some true enemies.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous.

What you spend years of researching, someone may try to destroy overnight.

Give the Team the best you have, and it may never be enough.

People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered;

I forgive them anyway.

Fruits should be taken in an empty stomach

You have heard people complaining – every time I eat water-melon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat banana I feel like running to the toilet etc – actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit in an empty stomach.

Fruits should be taken in an empty stomach…not as dessert after the meal as is often done.

If you eat fruit like that, it will also serve a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities

Let’s say you eat a slice of bread and then a slice of fruit. As fruit digests faster than bread, the slice of fruit digests quickly and is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but its passage is blocked by the bread which takes longer to digest…

…In the meantime the whole meal ferments and turns to acid.

Consequently, when the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

So it is better to eat your fruits in an empty stomach or before your meals!

The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat !Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, dark circles under the eyes all these will not happen if you take fruits in an empty stomach.

It is incorrectly presumed that some fruits like orange and lemon are acidic and will enhance acidity in the stomach.  Research however shows that all fruits become alkaline in our body.

If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack , without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

Do not panic, start coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.

A deep breath should be taken before each cough, the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.
